He was CEO of the Red Arrow Corporation which owned Red Arrow Express, Rush Trucking, RAC, Inc., and Red Arrow Warehousing. Red Arrow had many offices throughout the United States of America from Los Angeles to Orlando. He led the merger of Red Arrow to U.S. Delivery to Corporate Express. Corporate Express was a thriving worldwide enterprise with Three billion dollars in sales and 26,000 employees. Ralph was appointed to the position of Ambassador of Good Will for the United States Transportation Division. Ralph was also a Senior Partner of the R. & J. Realty, which was a commercial real estate company with extensive property holdings in Missouri. Ralph is very active in civic and community functions and fund raising. In addition, he has taken the leadership responsibility as the Chairperson for many successful golf and other fundraising activities for various different organizations. Ralph is a community leader. He is the former President of the St. Louis Ambassadors, the St. Louis Traffic Club, and the World Trade Club of St. Louis. Presently, he serves as a Board Member of U.S. Bank. He is also a member of the World Air Cargo Professional and the St. Louis Navy League and is a Board Member of Missouri Adoption Exchange, The Center for Head Injury, the YMCA, The 1904 Worlds Fair Charity Foundation, the Pattonville School Foundation, Children with Cancer and many other organizations. Ralph has the philosophy that "if you receive from your community, you must give-back to your community". Ralph enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, snow skiing and scuba diving. Scott A. Sacco has owned a real estate business since 1982 serving the St. Charles and St. Louis counties of Missouri. He graduated in 1981 from the University of Missouri Columbia with Bachelors in Agricultural Economics and a minor in Real Estate. While in college Scott served as both Secretary and President of Rho Epsilon, a real estate fraternity. In 1982 Scott opened his own real estate company. He has been the President and a Board Member of many organizations, Clubs, and Associations such as St. Charles Optimist Club. He also has been the Chairperson for many fundraising and other charitable activities. Scott enjoys fishing, and camping in his Recreational Vehicle with his family and friends, and other outdoor recreational activities. She grew up in the business with her father, Shelly Shapiro, being a broker for almost fifty years. She specializes in traditional home buy and selling, short sales and foreclosures. Sherry has taught at Francis Howell High School for twenty one years and has taught college for the University of Phoenix for the past two years. He offers buyers & sellers in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area his sales skills and experience to help them achieve their goals. Prior to selling real estate, Rob served many years as a Manager and Superintendent of "Golf Course & Resort Management" at their various Country Clubs and Resorts in five states. He has 26 years experience in golf course management, and 25 years as a Certified Golf Course Superintendent. In these capacities, Rob's duties included Asset Preservation, Budgeting, Purchasing, Marketing, and Compliance Officer for Insurance, OSHA, EPA, etc. He also performed Property, Operational & Marketing Assessments. Rob he has been the guest speaker for numerous conferences and Rob was the Field Consultant for COLUMBIA PICTURES movie “A League of Their Own” Rob has received his Bachelor of Science Degree at Southeast Missouri State University. He has taken classes in Law, Personnel Management, Computer Science, Business, and Agriculture, and he has participated in the Golf Management (3-year school program) at North Carolina State University. In January of 2005, John put his business under-contract to be sold and accepted the position of President / COO of St. Louis Data Destruction and continued in this position until the final sale of his company to Iron Mountain in of 2006. His positions while he owned his company were in customer service, production management, inside sales, routing, and quality control. John has taken these business skills and applied them to his position as Vice-President for Asset Preservation and Asset Management at Scott Sacco Real Estate and Red Arrow Properties. John possesses the "whatever it takes attitude" in order to help get the job done and is dedicated to helping our client's succeed in their goals. John and his wife Darcy were married in 1988 and they have two daughters, Brittany and Jamie. He and his family reside in St. Charles Missouri. John is active in charitable giving in the St. Louis Community in many ways. One way is by serving on the Board of Directors for The 1904 Worlds Fair Charitable Foundation which raises money for the renovation of Forest Park along with providing funds for several other charities. Michael S. Bailey graduated in 1981 from Pattonville High School. Mr. Bailey became President of MASP Inc. in 1984 and facilitated the liquidation of millions of dollars worth of assets for insurance companies and financial institutions. He designed and instituted a computer liquidation program to assist his customers in producing the highest rate of return for their assets. Mr. Bailey owned and operated this liquidation facility for 12 years until selling it to a public company in 1996 for an undisclosed sum. From 1996 to 2006 he facilitated the negotiation to purchase, as well as the construction and operations of several Carwash facilities. During that time, and currently he invests and owns many commercial properties. His many years of experience in Asset Liquidation, 1031 property exchanges, development, Leasing and property refurbishing offers a well rounded dynamic to our team.
